A WONDERFUL NEW SWAP

We are having a wonderful swap on the Marie Antoinette Mail Art Group, hosted by Terri Heinz. It is the Marie Doll Gift Box Swap. We are all making our own Marie doll, but the swap is a beautiful decorated box filled with beautiful materials and trims and items to make your own doll a beautiful outfit. The first pictures are of the box that I received from Terri Heinz, I love the beautiful box that she made me, it is my favorite color and I love the beautiful roses she put on top, then when you open the beautiful box, she has made a lovely pocket filled with trims, feather, leather for her shoes and beautiful china flowers. She also has such beautiful material, Duponi Silk, lace, beautiful prints. I am so excited to start my doll and then dress her. Check back in about a month to see my finished doll.

These are pictures are of the box that I made and sent to Rella. I asked her what color she would like and she said Creams and Rose, so I had fun making her box and decorating it and then the best part is filling it. I really enjoyed putting this box together for her. I can't wait to see what she creates with all the supplies that I gave her.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs,
Terri

  6. Wow Terri! Both are so beautiful. I love the way you put your heart into all you do! I can't wait to see the doll you make. I already know she will be breath taking. I wanted to join that swap, but am clueless about making a doll. Maybe I will accept the challenge if it happens again one day. Enjoy creating my friend 7 7 7 7 7 7 7! xoxo R...

  12. Hi Terri...
Everything here is so beautiful. I'm interested in becoming a member of the Marie Antoinette Mail Art group and understand that it is only by invitation. Who would I be able to contact for consideration? My blog is http://suziecrafter10.blogspot.com and my email is suziecrafter10@aol.com Kindly advise. This looks so beautiful and like so much fun and I can assure you that I'd be a prime candidate.

    Thanks so much.
    Kind regards.
