Blind Patient Regains Sight with "Eyetooth" Implanted in Her Eye

Yesterday was a very exciting day. Blind Patient Regains Sight with "Eyetooth" Implant. My husband Steve who is a medical illustrator, illustrated the procedure that gave Sharron "Kay" Thornton sight again after nine years of being blind. If you would like to read about it here is the link: http://www.bpei.med.miami.edu/site/news/news_template.asp?press_id=1171. You can click to see his illustrations and animation which was on the Today Show with Matt Lauer at http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/26184891/vp/32891389#32891389 I am so proud of him. His artwork was on all the morning shows today. The best thing is "Kay" has her sight back using her eyetooth. It's a wonderful story.

How unusual! And love all your Halloween work. I just keep staring at your banner. I just feel my dress forms were so sub-par compared to your banner! I hope you were able to "fluff" out the wire skirt to your satisfaction and that they didn't arrive too smushed! Bryanna is a sweetie- you will love doing a swap with her!
