REBECCA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Hello, Thank you for visiting me today. It is a very special day, it is Rebecca's Birthday. I want to wish her a very wonderful Birthday, she is such a beautiful lady inside and out and it has been such a pleasure meeting her. Please go see her beautiful blog, just click on the above sweet picture of Rebecca and join the party. I love to visit her blog, her photo's are just amazing and so are her beautiful creations. Happy Birthday Rebecca, I hope you have a lovely day.

We are to share a present that we made for someone, well I usually share most things I make but this is one that I have not shared. In September, my daughter in laws, niece Anna was killed. She and her Mom had just picked up her brother and sister at school and were walking to Piano lessons, when they were crossing a side street a car had stopped to let them pass. A distracted 17 year old driver who was speeding hit the back of the car who had stopped and pushed that car into Anna and her Mother, Anna died instantly, all of our hearts were broken, she was only 2 1/2 years old. This happened in Bellingham, WA. I live in Michigan and my heart was just broken and I did not know what to do. I decided that I would make a necklace for Anna's Mom, so that she could keep her close to her heart. I had a vintage heart locket and this is what I made. I know it was not much, but I hope it helped a little. Thank you for visiting me today and I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. Hugs, Terri

Oh Terri, that is so sad, how tragic. I just can't imagine going through something like that but I do know the Lord strengthens in times like that. I will pray for the family and I know your sweet necklace shows the love you have and it all helps.
Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us today, you are such a lovely person
Blessings

What a tragic story. I am sure your handmade gift will bring comfort to the grieving mother. It is a beautiful tribute to a precious soul gone too soon.

I hope you have the happiest of holidays!

Terri,
Sharing your heart with someone's broken heart always helps the healing. You are a beautiful person to do this for her and may God bless you for it.
I too will be praying for this family during this sad and difficult time.
