Tea Cup Tuesday

Hello, Thank you for visiting my blog today for Tea Cup Tuesday. On our trip to Chicago a couple of weeks ago we stopped in the lovely town of Chesterton, IN. There are some wonderful antique shops and this is where I purchased this beautiful cup. In one booth I found this vintage zip up plastic china holder with 10 english tea cups it was priced at $30.00 marked down to $20.00. There was a another one with the saucers inside, priced at $20.00 marked down to $10.00. So I got 10 tea cups and saucers for $3.00 each. They are all english and they are in beautiful shape, no chips or cracks, I love them all except two, one is a mismatch, which I will use for crafting and the other is more modern cup and saucer. Most of the tea cups have roses on them so I was thrilled. I want to thank Terri and Martha for hosting Tea Cup Tuesday, please click the tea cup on my side bar and visit the other wonderful tea cups today. I hope you are having a wonderful week. Hugs, Terri

Terri,
That is an elegant cup. I am finding that cups have a "feel" to them. Things are stressful here but we had some good news. My husband's cancer is shrinking a bit. We are so thrilled since this is the first good news. I am so grateful to the blogging community. What a great bunch!

Hello Terri,
I was here yesterday, but blogger would not let me post! But today it seems to be working for me.
your tea cup is totally gorgeous! You always have the most stunning cups. This one is so dramatic with it coloring. The flowers are really pretty in the bottom of the cup.
Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
